Slider Corporation. Upon a proven positive history between The Slider Corporation and the licensees, other product line licenses will
be introduced to increase visibility and to produce income to the Corporation and thus, corporate shareholders. Since every company
has competition The Slider Corporation must address the “barriers to entry”. Our corporation currently has one patent pending and
four more in the works. Our focus is to invest in our research and development to maintain a leadership position in the market.

CEO, Lynn Sue Marks, has worked in the professional fitness industry for over 20 years and was the owner of a professional gym for
over 15 years. There, she managed all books, promotion, and interest generating events, as well as being the fitness trainer on her own
staff. Her background has given her insight as to how the company will be run, as well as the physical benefits the athletes will expect.
VP, H. R. Secoy, has been an established proprietor of the Law Offices of H. R. Secoy, located in Everett, Washington. His insight into
business strategy and knowledge of persons who compliment our goals is indispensable. His negotiation skills as well as business
managerial skills have proven to be an asset to the company.
CPA, Donald Cox, a graduate of Central Washington University (BA in Business Administration) has over 30 years of diverse public
accounting experience. His work has included tax accounting, business valuations, business feasibility studies, financial planning,
forensic accounting, litigation support, and a variety of other accounting issues.
Senior Advisor Lawrence J. Abler is the founder, CEO and President of QuickQuarters, Inc. He practiced law in California for over 25
years where he gained extensive experience in the hotel and golf, construction, manufacturing and management industries, and
entrepreneurial organization and law. Mr. Abler received his BA degree from Loyola University of Los Angeles, and his Juris Doctorate
from Southwestern University.
